Presentation
The MONACO ECONOMIC BOARD (MEB) promotes economic activity in the Principality and actively contributes to its development. A private legal association established in 1999, the MEB is the operational arm of the Prince’s Government.
Its work revolves around three key missions:
- Monaco Chamber of Commerce: supports monegasque companies in their development on a local and international level, offering them a host of tailored activities and services and privileged access to its many networks.
- Invest Monaco: prospecting wealthy entrepreneurs and investors looking to set up in the Principality, in collaboration with the Monaco Government's Attractiveness Department.
- Monaco Coordination: to help coordinate the promotional and development activities carried out by Monaco's public and private entities so that companies can benefit from the spin-offs in terms of image.
Comprising companies, professional bodies and government officials, its Board represents all of the Principality’s economic stakeholders. More than 630 Monegasque companies have made the decision to join the MEB.
As a member of the International Chamber of Commerce, the MEB is also the Monegasque National Committee for the organisation.
